No. Our subscription service is fully automated. The only time you will need to update your card details are when your card expires (which can be done in My Account). Otherwise, unless you are going away or wish to make a change to your subscription, you can relax and know your delivery will arrive, like clockwork, when you need it.
It works seamlessly! When you refer a friend to Ingenious who makes a purchase, a €20 store credit will be added to your account. For customers with a subscription, this store credit will be deducted off your next bill. There is nothing for you to do, it’s fully automated.

The subscription is flexible and if you wish to cancel, simply log in to your account and click the cancel button. However, if you need a temporary break you may find it more convenient to press the hold button or simply delay your next renewal with our date picker.
Once you have a subscription with us, you have the control and flexibility to alter your renewal dates whenever you wish. Simply log in to your account and use the date picker.
To avoid people accidentally having duplicate subscriptions, the system will only allow each person one subscription per product. Therefore, if you have ever taken out a subscription in the past, you will need to reactivate this rather than setting up a new subscription. If your subscription has been on hold or has been recently cancelled you can reactivate it yourself through the My Account page.
